During a recent visit to the Cheon Won Gung and Cheon Il Sanctum, Reverend Dr. Dawnecia Palmer shared a deeply moving testimony about faith, spiritual awakening, and her experience encountering the vision of True Parents.
Reflecting on her journey, Rev. Palmer spoke openly about a near-death experience earlier in life, where she felt she encountered Rev. Sun Myung Moon spiritually.
“I met Father Moon not in my lifetime, but in my death.”

This experience eventually led her to study the Divine Principle and become involved in peacebuilding work through Ambassadors for Peace and community projects in Bristol.
She also shared a childhood spiritual experience that shaped her life from the age of five, when she saw a vision of light and a great Bible in the sky. During her visit to the sanctum, she felt that same spiritual connection once again while reflecting in the central hall.
“It was like an adult realization of what happened when I first gave my life to God.”
The most emotional part of her testimony came as she spoke about experiencing the heart and love of True Mother.

“The love in Mother’s heart is the love of God.”
Moved to tears, Rev. Palmer explained that the experience went beyond religion or denomination and touched something much deeper within her soul.
Her testimony reminded everyone present that faith is not only something we believe, but something we can experience deeply through love, truth, and spiritual transformation.
