Thursday marked the 60th day of True Mother’s detention. Brothers and sisters gathered in front of the Korean embassy in London to protest the “Release of the Mother of Peace” and to voice concerns about the misuse of judicial procedures for party political gain, which undermines democracy in South Korea and elsewhere.
We are pleased to introduce Anna, Alvit, and David, three new team members here at FFWPU UK’s national office. It has been a true joy for us to start working with them this month. Through the video and article in this week’s newsletter you can begin to get to know them.
Due to changes in our FFWPU UK office, this year’s budgeting process has been delayed. The timeline, simply put, is as follows: Partners and community projects can apply for grants in December. We will clarify any questions with grant applicants in January and present the new budget to the charity’s trustees in February. The new budget will come into effect from 1 April 2026.
