Dear brothers and sisters,
Greetings from Lancaster Gate, where on Friday IAYSP hosted a Christmas dinner, the UPF team is working on their next event, brothers and sisters join the Friday vigil prayer, the ballroom ceiling is under repair after a leak, members come in for meetings, sharing consultations and our missionaries just held a Korean culture evening.
I am sure your head or life sometimes feels like a buzzing building. Life tends to fill up with the things at the forefront of our minds. We need God’s Peace to value what matters. True Parents help us connect to that peace and presence.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” (John 14:27, NIV)
Please read Mother’s statement in court and connect to the peace and clarity that she embodies. In the Way of the Spiritual Leader (pp. 30-32), Father reminds us that the true shepherd is first and foremost a true lamb.
As we enter the season of Advent, preparing to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, let us, as Blessed Families, inherit the heart of true shepherds and lambs. We wish all communities wonderful Christmas Services and a time of reconnection and unity.
In peace and harmony,
Bogdan & Yoshiko
